Get REAL with Alcohol

Nikki Rigby resides on stunning Lake Norman in North Carolina while embracing the benefits of a deeply meaningful, connective, productive, and alcohol-free life which she shares with her three daughters, husband, and four fur babies. With an obvious flair towards success, Nikki has founded and led three different businesses across multiple industries valued in the millions of dollars. However, it is her fourth venture, Get REAL With Alcohol, that truly ignites her passion. She has found her true calling assisting and guiding others who experience addiction as well as those who wish to explore an alcohol-free life which Nikki herself began in November 2021. After completing a traditional Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that employed a behavior-based approach, Nikki discovered a transformative, emotion-focused, science-backed method known as Affective Liminal Psychology (ALP) for addiction recovery. Recognizing, as well as experiencing, the remarkable success rates and liberating outcomes associated with ALP, Nikki obtained her ALP certification. Driven by her passion to break down stigmas and misinformation about alcohol, she is dedicated to improving awareness of the emotional, cultural, and societal factors that influence addiction. In addition to public speaking engagements, Nikki provides personalized coaching to individuals and groups, empowering them to achieve their goals and unlock new possibilities, transforming lives that once seemed out of reach.
